360 is the canvas
Mobile photos are the detail
Your 360 photographer, or your own team with any 360 camera, captures a 360 photo per hotspot and optionally adds a QR label. Staff, contractors, and suppliers then attach mobile photos where extra detail is needed, by scanning the QR code to upload to the right room.
Together they build a history of the place, in the place, that anyone can step into later and understand without a phone call.

Location, time, and attribution metadata accompany every photo, including the role, the trade, and the organization behind the work. That is the detail that settles questions about what was done, where, when, and why. This record stands up to scrutiny from clients, suppliers, insurers, and regulators.
