Free for collaborators

Contractors, suppliers, viewers and invited external collaborators create their own Observv account and access the work they're invited to at no cost to them. Your organization owns the subscription, the data and the billing. Collaboration never creates a per seat charge.

Common questions

Is the $1 month full access?
Yes. Your first month includes full access to Observv and the complete monthly data allowance. Pay as you go charges apply only if you exceed that allowance.
Can I really add unlimited users?
Yes. We never charge per head. Your bill only moves with storage and bandwidth.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
You pay only for the extra you use, at the rates above, itemized in GB on your invoice.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account settings. No lock in and no exit fees.
Do contractors and suppliers need their own account?
Yes. Invited collaborators create their own Observv account so their activity can be attributed correctly. They don't pay for access to your property or project.
Are collaborators really free?
Yes. Observv doesn't charge per seat. Contractors, suppliers, viewers and external collaborators can be invited without adding a user fee.
Who pays for photos uploaded by collaborators, and who owns them?
The subscribing organisation owns the photos uploaded to its account and is responsible for any storage or bandwidth charges. Collaborators are not billed separately.
